TICKETS

VIP and Supporter Weekend Passes go on sale Monday 8th June 10am, with general admission tickets 1 August 2026 (general admission includes GA day passes, GA Nightshows and GA Brett Parbery).

We recommend getting your tickets online to save time. General admission tickets will be available at the gate*. Please note the price increase on gate sales.

GETTING HERE

Claudelands Events Centre is located on the corner of Brooklyn Road and Heaphy Terrace in the heart of Hamilton and on the eastern side of the Waikato River.

GATE ACCESS

PUBLIC PARKING

Public Parking
Public parking at Equifest is free.

Disabled Parking
Disabled parking is available and is adjacent to the main entrance. Due to limited space, a valid mobility parking pass MUST be displayed to access the disability parking spots. 

HORSE TRUCKS & CAMPING

Horse Trucks and Back of House
All horse trucks, floats and camping must use access Brooklyn Road (gate numbers will be available closer to the event). Acess is not until after 2pm Thursday for horses arriving on site. 

DOGS ON SITE

Please note dogs are not allowed in the Event Zone, with the exception of service dogs for the visually impaired and certified disability assist dogs.

What time do gates open?

The gates open daily Friday to Sunday 8.30am.

Where is Equifest?

Claudelands Events Centre, Corner of Brooklyn Road and, Heaphy Terrace, Claudelands, Hamilton 3214

What gate do I come through?

Public Parking
Public parking is free and accessed through Gate 1, Heaphy Terrace, Claudelands. Disabled parking is available and is adjacent to the main entrance. Due to limited space, a valid mobility parking pass MUST be displayed to access the disability parking spots.

Horse Trucks and Back of House
ALL horse trucks, floats and camping must use access Gate 3. Access is Brooklyn Road.

Are dogs allowed on site?

No dogs are allowed in the event zone except for certified assistant dogs. 

Is there food suitable for dietary requirments?

Yes, we have a variety of food trucks that cater for most requirements. Check out our exhibitor list.

Where is the Event Office?

The Equifest event office is located inside the entrance to Hall A & Hall B. 

Where is First Aid located?

If you require First Aid during Equifest, the First Aid providers are located inside the Indoor Arena next to the event office and main entrance. 

Lost Property

If you find any lost possessions, please hand them in to the Event Office located indoors next to Hall A & Hall B. 

Is Equifest livestreamed?

No, Equifest is not livestreamed. Please beware of scam links posting on our social media. 

Will there be public camping at Equifest 2026?

No. There will be no public camping available at Equifest 2026. Visitors will need to arrange their own accommodation during the event.
