Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
Yes tickets can be purchased at the gate.
What time do gates open?
The gates open daily Friday to Sunday 8.30am.
Where is Equifest?
The Fiber Fresh National Equestrian Centre is 114 Rapids Road, Rotokawa 3378
What gate do I come through?
Public Parking
Public parking is free and accessed through Gate 1. Disabled parking is available and is adjacent to the main entrance. Due to limited space, a valid mobility parking pass MUST be displayed to access the disability parking spots.
Horse Trucks and Back of House
ALL horse trucks, floats and camping must use access Gate 3. Access is off Rapids Road.
Ticket Refund and Returns
Refunds and returns are covered under the terms below and do not limit your rights under New Zealand consumer law: All transactions are final.
Refunds are NOT permitted, except as required by law. In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided to patrons who have purchased tickets for the cancelled event.
In the event that Equifest needs to be postponed tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If 60 days has passed since Equifest was postponed and no rescheduled dates have been announced, a 30-day window for refunds will open at that time.
In the event Equifest is cancelled you will be refunded your ticket refund (less a processing fee of $20 per transacted purchase or $10 per ticket).

How do I access my tickets?
• Your tickets will be delivered electronically via email. (E-tickets)
• You can then print these or bring them on your phone or tablet to the event so we can scan you in at the door
• We will send you your e-ticket as soon as you complete your purchase please note sometimes they can end up in your junk folder, please look there for them if you can't find them
Are dogs allowed on site?
No dogs are allowed in the event zone except for certified assistant dogs. While we don't encourage dogs in the camping area, they can be in the Back of House area. They must be on a leash at all times. Please remember that it can get extremely hot during the day and you must ensure that animal welfare is followed and your animals are looked after.
How can I get Nightshow tickets?
Nightshow Tickets sell-out very fast. Please note that there are scammers online so we recommend only buying from our website or people that you know.
Is there food suitable for dietary requirments?
