DEMO RIDERS
During the presentations and clinics presented during Equifest, our Educators use Demo Riders to demonstrate their training methods for the benefit of horse enthusiasts watching from the stands.

How do I enter an Equifest competition?
Our official secretary will take entires online. More information will be available soon.
Can riders/competitiors camp on-site?
Yes, camping will be available on-site for competitors, demo riders, presenters, educators and demo participants. Camping will be available to book via our event secretary when entries open.
How many tickets does a competitor get included in their entry?
1 x rider wristband - extra wristbands are $60 each (max 3 extra). All wristbands and competitor packs need to be collected on arrival at the Back of House Competitor Office.
How many tickets does a demo rider get included in their entry?
1 x rider wristband - extra wristbands are $60 each (max 2 extra).
How much does it cost for additional wristbands?
You can purchase additional wristbands for $60 each.
What gate do I come through?
Horse Trucks and Back of House
All horse trucks, floats and camping must use access Brooklyn Road (gate numbers will be available closer to the event).
Access is from 2pm Thursday 15 October.
How do I know where to go?
You will be emailed a map of the event zone from Main Events, it will show you exactly where you arena and allocated yard/stable is.
How do I book a stable or yard?
All competitor and demo rider stables and camp sites will be available to book when you enter. Yards will be able to be booked for $50 and Covered Yards $100. Day Parking / Truck tie up will be $10.
Is there day tie up?
Yes Day Parking / Truck tie up is $10.
Are dogs allowed on site?
No dogs are allowed in the event zone except for certified assistant dogs. While we don't encourage dogs in the camping area, they can be in the Back of House area. They must be on a leash at all times. Please remember that it can get extremely hot during the day and you must ensure that animal welfare is followed and your animals are looked after.
How can I get Nightshow tickets?
Nightshow Tickets sell-out very fast. Nightshow tickets are NOT included with competitor wristbands, they must be purchased separately.
Where is First Aid located?
If you require First Aid during Equifest, the First Aid providers will be on site (location TBC)
Is there a place for Lost Property?
If you find any lost possessions, please hand them in to the Event Office.
Is Equifest livestreamed?
No, Equifest is not livestreamed. Please beware of scam links posting on our social media.
How much is the Ground Fee/ Admin & Medic fee & Camping?
Ground fee $0
Admin & Medic fee $30
Camping $75 per rider
